To reactivate your account, open the Billing and Cost Management console, and go to the
Payments
page. After you pay all outstanding invoices by credit card, it might take up to 24 hours to reactive your account.
If your account is suspended for more than 150 days, you can't reopen the account or use it to access any AWS services. In addition, all content in your account is deleted.
